my videos disapear from my libraries also my pictures?

    Is HP the username or is the computer an HP with a built in default user with that name?

    I'd try removing all the locations and then set them up again from scratch. Make sure you point the Library to the location(s) where you actually have your stuff.

    I did tha but i still have tha extra tool bar on top and hp is my username/acount name

    Let's make sure your system files are all OK by running System File Checker. Find your Command Prompt, right-click it and "Run as Administrator" then type in

    sfc /scannow

    then press "Enter" on your keyboard.

    (Note that there is a space between "sfc" and "/scannow".)
