    I can't delete a folder from my external hdd?


    Today i back up a clients documents into my external hdd and out of no were
    this folder got back up to and now i can't delete it i allready took ownership
    but i still can't deleted it i follow the tutorial on here on how to take ownership.
    i scan it with malwarebytes and nothing i also scan it with norton and nothing either

    I do wanna mention tha when i back up my clients documents norton started dectecting
    a few trojans so i scan his documents and i found about 180 file infections and a few trojans.

    Please install a tiny little free program named Unlocker (Download Unlocker 1.9.1 - FileHippo.com) and use it to delete the folder. It shall delete almost anything. Sometimes booting shall be required.

    It didn't work it saids i need permission from the admin and im the admin and this is the only account on this computer

    you have Malwarebytes--use the 'file assassin' tool
