    Hello,
    Is Flash Player Suppose To be Install On The Bottom Of The System and Security Page? I Notice When You Install A Program It Goes On The Program Page. I Am Running Window 7 On A Laptop.

    after you fill in the specs. as advised, kindly provide a snapshot(along with others) of the"System and Security page". Pardon my naivety in not knowing what it means!

    Might be a good idea to run Malwarebytes...

    Please download the free version of Malwarebytes.
    Update it immediately.

    Do a full system scan
    Let us know the results at the end.
