Open ports with weird local address :urgent

    Hi,
I'm new here, and I need help about open ports that I see on my AV. When I am not connected, all listed open ports have zeros as local address. When I get connected, some processes have local address that match my ip address range. I am concerned about few processes (in system & host process for windows services: svchost.exe) with local addresses that don't match my ip address range. Their local address is a combination of numbers & letters & signs and it is very long.
I am worried because few weeks ago, I spotted 15 trojan programs in 2 days on my AV...not sure whether any accessed my laptop ( I'm sure some did). I formatted my laptop a week ago, but I'm scared because the group that tried to attack me is a professional hacking group, and their work is all over the web.
    Thank u

Run this, then post a snip of the whole map: https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2

(Click "Proceed" then the "All Service Ports" test)

Are you behind a router? If not, I would highly recommend it. :)
