Windows does not boot

    So many times! A message appear. Startup repair couldnt fix any problems. If u have any drives in like camera etc then take it out. And it also asks me if i want to send info to microsoft or not. Happends all the time.

    At that screen, open a command prompt. Enter the following codes one at a time.

    Code:
    bootrec /rebuildbcd
    bootrec /fixmbr
    bootrec /fixboot
    Reboot.

    Hey thanks i thought it was only /fixmbr so i couldnt understand why it didnt work but bootrec /rebuildbcd etc worked. When i hit enter it says opperation completed.after rebooting, i dont see starting windows. So its still not booting.

    Yes, but i have also read that fixmbr is not workibg for many ppl.

    In the meantime,
    Backup your files first-- Backup your files-- Lucid Puppy way to recover files from a non-bootable computer

    Then try running these:

    SFC /SCANNOW : Run in Command Prompt at Boot

    Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot

    Hi does lucid puppy backup ir files? If not then i don't know how to backup files with a pc which dont boots. And do u have skype? Could be easier to talk there.

    Did you go through the steps which i mentioned in my previous post about SFC and troubleshooting steps?

    Umm i typed with my phone its 3.3 inch display it was supp0sed be be "backup your files"
