Sandboxie and MSE or most any other A/V run from a limited user account is all you will need for the most part.

I have no guest account just owner ... you can run with adminstraor priviliages... is that what you mean? or you mean make guest account and disable adminstraor? all know is there are 3 levels right? Adminstraor , owner and guest right? is there a gen. security thread? I always feel like I just don't understand enough about windows 7

Why use a standard user account instead of an administrator account?

The Guest account is installed by default and is typically disabled. Unless you've deleted it, you'll find it by going to "User Accounts".

There is plenty of info provided right there on your machine if you click on help buttons, "?" marks and other helpful links. But even by the time you're ready to move on to a new OS, you'll still be finding yourself running across something in your current version you were previously unaware of, no matter how much you thought you knew about it.
