whats your vote for the best (all in one) malware. anti virus. firewal

I just want one last opion.

    Alright....

From what I gather from talking to you fine people.

Microsoft security essitials/ mawarebytes/ with windows firewall and sandboxie and I am pretty air tight safe (no 100percent but) pretty good,

. is there a all in one like lets say .... addware or comando or avira one program that replace everything even better or is that combo pretty good?

I ask because I don't want my computer to Mess up again, be to slow, and if what I have now caused the current problem no matter what I do I need make sure I got right things running.

ATM i feel like im bogging system down and it isn't helping the problem in fact I noticed sometimes the two programs running interfear with each other... any info be great I know I ask a lot of questions :) can't help it thanks

There is no one, single "magic shield" that's going to protect you. The only advice I have is to be careful where you go on the internet, what you click on, and what you download. I've been using computers for more than 30 years, and since the advent of the internet, I've never gotten a virus. I chalk that up to running a decent antivirus program, staying out of areas known to be virus breeding grounds (warez, file sharing, pron, etc), and watching what I click on/accept/download.

If you run MSE with the Windows firewall, and you scan for malware from time to time, you should be fine.

The key to your set-ups success is Sandboxie. I would say if you substitute MSE with Comodos internet security suite plus Sandboxie, this would be about as good as it gets without tweeking browsers, the OS, and firewalls. Which may if fact cause problems for other apps you may want to use later on.

MSE, WFW and an occasional scan with MBAM-Free is silky smooth. Add in a well developed Hosts file of the known slug-URLs and a careful use of browser options will improve your internet experience. :)

A pro-active effort to keep any AV/AM updated should be at the top of your list.

I dont see any conflicts between these programs, unless Malwarebytes is active and is conflicting with MSE.
