Block user internet traffic with firewall

first, i want to apologize for my english, itīs so bad but I hope that you understand me.
I want to block all user accounts internet traffic, except one of them(a user account called "profesor").
In outbound rules I blocked all traffic to remote port 80 with TCP protocol and in incoming rules I blocked all traffic from remote port 80 but in last rule I put as exception, in users tab of incoming rules called exceptions, "profesor" accounts.
I achieve block internet traffic but for all user, included "profesor" accounts.

Please, could anyone help me?

Thank you, very much.

Windows 7 Pro with SP1 32bit

Welcome to Seven Forums, Deivid.

Read at Disable Internet Access in Windows For Specific User Accounts, Christian Blog, Christian Blogs, ChristianBlog.Com to block specific accounts from the Internet.

I am not 100% sure but I think that "gpedit.msc" is available from Windows 7 Pro upwards. If you have a version below the Pro version then you might have to omit the step requiring access to "gpedit.msc".

Set Windows Firewall to block everything and ask for permission
Hi! I've been trying to set Windows Firewall to behave like that, but can't figure how. In two lines, I want this: - Every attempt to connect to internet is blocked, and a pop-up warns about it and ask for permission. - There's a "remember this action" checkbox so you only have to...

Hi folks. I wasn't sure which forum this belonged in, so apologies if this is the wrong place. I'm working with a hardened Win7 x32 machine right now that's part of a domain that has a very strict (military) GPO set assigned to it. I have an application that sends unicast traffic on one machine,...
