MSE vs Malwarebytes
I see that people often recommend doing a full scan with MBA. Is MBA better than MSE (talking about the full scans). If so, how much better?

Why choose between the two? use them both... :)
While MSE gives you a total protection, you have the MBAM as a backup.
MSE and MBAM are two separate entities. One is an antivirus, the other focuses on malware.
As sk0t0s said, use them both :)
No antivirus or antimalware tool is 100% effective 100% of the time. If there was such a thing we'd all be using it and all other companies would be out of business. The "best" product is the one a person actually uses and keeps updated. Using something is always better than using nothing at all, even if the product of choice catches only 90% if the bad stuff.
That's why on-demand scanners like Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, Hitman Pro, ESET Online Scanner, Trend Micro Housecall, Comodo Cleaning Essentials, etc should be included in everyone's arsenal in the fight against malware.
Better yet, keep an updated system image available to restore your machine to a clean condition. Once a machine becomes infected, even if 6 different scans say it's clean, I believe you can never be 100% certain that the machine really is malware free. Some of the bad stuff can be so deeply imbedded it could be weeks before it activates.
IMHO ... FWIW :)
Malwarebytes is superior when it comes to scans in my opinion. When it comes to automatic detection etc. of viruses MSE is best, but not really good. For protection you should check out avast (review: Avast! Antivirus Review » The best antivirus there is?)
I think the whole 'which AV is the best' is going to start again. If you enjoy it, stick to it. There is no best, IMO. I don't use Norton but have heard reviews about them being, not so good but an active Norton will say otherwise, etc...
Anyway, I use MSE and MWAB together and they work nicely with each other so, why not just have them both. Otherwise, I think MSE will be good enough for average use.
1- LUA / SUA
2- windows firewall

4- DEP turned on for all
5- SANDBOXIE
6- It wont matter whatever A/V you choose because your running SANDBOXIE.
