    Omg.. Virus!


    Okay i downloaded a fake_del.exe from a SAFE and real site and my microsoft security essentials gived me Virus alert!!!!

    Help!!

    in this site cannot be viruses...

    Any web site can be compromised and contain viruses. For that matter, the site itself need not be compromised, but if the programs offered for d/l have been tampered with (Modified to contain a virus), you may be getting more then you want.

    Since this is a joke program from what I'm seeing on Google, most AV's do list it as an annoyance & will generally delete it/flag it.

    A couple years ago, my AV flagged a joke program when I was transferring some old files from a CDR, it listed it as a "nuisance".
