    Okay, i'll give VIPRE a try-- if dinesh(the hard core ESET fan) has switched :0 it may be worth a shot! Lets hope its all good

    And also, Hello, which district/colony do you live in Mumbai/Bombay?

    Thanks for the tip. Currently trying it out. Since I like their ThreatFire, I figured I would give this a try. Pretty easy to setup and configure so far.

    threat fire doesnt let me open any of my browsers. i posted this issue in pctools forum as well but no satisfactory reply.

    That's too bad, because it is a good product. Works well here, but I understand you not wanting to run it due to that issue. I wouldn't run it either.

    Using Opera 10 here and no issues. Also no issues with IE 32 and 64-bit.

    Very strange that they have not responded to you as to what the issue may be. Have you tried something other than FF as a browser just to see?

    yep, tried to open ie8, wont open either. when i uninstall threatfire, everything starts working fine.

    tried the grc leak test and here is the result.
    pc tools firewall plus FAILED!
