UpdatusUser folder mysteriously appears

My C:\Users folder has a subfolder called:

C:\Users\UpdatusUser

It has all of the normal subfolders.

I am very suspicious. Is this a trojan?

Can't delete nonexistent folder that appears in Homegroup
There is a non-existent folder on my laptop that appears under the Homegroup listing of shared folders on my desktop. When I try to open it from the desktop it says that Windows can't access it. I can't delete it since Windows can't find it. Strangely, it does *not* show up under the Network...
