There is a link to MSE in my signature.

There is a link to CCLEANER in my signature.

What in the world is Power Cell I?

I do not understand your update statements.

    wittykitty,
Log files look OK which rules out some possible problem areas.

    wittykitty,
Now with wdo out of the way:

If you have further problems then, your system specs are a necessity to give you any type of correct suggestions rather than just grabbing a few of off the wall.

    Update your SevenForums System Specs
User CP (located on the top menu bar) |
Your Profile | Edit System Spec
    (left-hand column)

To gather info, use Speccy (my favorite) or SIW or System Info

In the System Manufacturer Block, enter:
    Manufacturer and Model and
ADD the word laptop, desktop, netbook or tablet.
    For example:
    Toshiba Satellite L305D notebook.

Provide full windows version info, for example:
    MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit

Use the “Other Info” block for Optical Reader,
Mouse, touchpad, wifi adapter, speakers, monitor, etc

Scroll down and click on SAVE CHANGES.

You will find that in Speccy, you can select info from the display
using your mouse/touchpad and then paste that info into your specs.

SIW is a marvelous program, but the free version does not offer
    this capability.

Have you installed Service Pack 1?
If yes, update specs to reflect such.
If no, then update your Win 7.

Is Zoostorm a manufactuer, a model or what?

Put the System Manufacturer and the Model designation in the slot where Zoostorm is.

This info helps us now and in the future,

    thanks,
    karl
