WinPatrol and Kaspersky AV compatibility

I'm now using Kaspersky Antivirus and would like to know whether WinPatrol Plus is compatible with it. Is it possible to turn off WinPatrol's real time monitoring or shouldn't that be necessary?

Thanks for any advice members can give.

It shouldn't be neccessary at all, and I would be very surprised if its not compatible. For peace of mind, I recommend checking with BillP, the creator of WinPatrol:

I use WinPatrol, MSE and Malwarebytes, all resident and in real-time, without any issues whatsoever.

I use WinPatrol, NIS 2012 and Malwarebytes Plus all with real time protection ON and no problems.

Winpatrol and UAC
Once again the dreaded UAC problem. I can't stop WinPatrolEx always asks for permission to run unless I turn off UAC. As UAC seems to be global I, how do I get rid of the UAC 'nag' for a specific program? Clearly its whole object is defeated if I turn it off globally so is it really any use?. I've...
