    Nice find!
We're both testing Win 8 now and I'm also testing it in a VM to decide if I want to move my licensed copy.
I installed Ad-Aware AV (free) yesterday in the 8.1 VM to test drive it.
That AV is not listed in the report you linked, so now I have to install MBAM real-time to make sure it's compatible.
Mbam is fairly compatible and the opening paragraph on the PDF states that it is a partial list.
I'm sure Ad-Aware will work fine SxS Mabam - I'm fairly certain that I just read a post on the Mbam forums asking about Ad-aware and the answer was in the affirmative. But my memory ain't so good any more.

Man, you are way ahead of me. I'm still messing with colors - lol.

    process usage

Forgive me if this was addressed already, but there are like 50 pages to this thread and I did not want to read them all, but has anyone noticed that the new version of malwarebytes pro/premium uses more than triple the amount of processor resources than the previous version. For me, the previous version ran at like 3,000k, the new version between 20-30,000k. What is up with that?

I think you mean memory resources, CPU is measured in threads and processor time, which for me is zero ATM.

Here is what MBAM is using on my system, much more than 30K. MBAE is their Anti-Exploit Beta.

Britton I just mean when I hit control/alt/delete, bring up task manager, and then click the process tab, it shows mbam.exe running at about 19,000k right now, with the old version of malwarebytes, if I did the same thing it would show it running at between 3,000-4,000k. Yes I'm sure I used the wrong terminology before, but do you understand what I am saying? And do you know why this is?

The new version has new items included, a rookit scan program and also Chameleon which protects Malwarebytes.

Ahhh, I did not realize that. Makes sense, there is more going on inside the program so it requires a little bit more juice to run. I get it. I do not know anything about Chameleon, but I have heard a lot of good things, was not even aware I had it. Thanks for the info. Phone Man.
