Yeah, mine did that too. Downloaded the installer and ran it again, and it's back on again. A Guy

Malwarebytes is getting worse and worse. Installed the newest version and it is disabling itself!

What the heck are they doing over there?

    Others reporting it as well:

I'm not sure what happened but mbam disappeared from the action center :/

There was an issue with our CDN (Content Delivery Network) that was handing out a bad database. This has been corrected.

If you are receiving a message in MBAM that Malicious Website Protection is disabled please do the following to correct the issue.

    1. On the Dashboard click "Update now" to get the latest database version
    2. Right click the Malwarebytes tray icon and click "Exit"
    3. Restart the Malwarebytes application from the programs menu or desktop shortcut.
    4. In most cases this resolves the issue, however if the issue still persists, reboot the computer and the issue should be resolved.
    5. If the above procedures still do not correct the issue for you then please download the MBAM installer and reinstall the program which will fix the issue for you.

    Thank you

You can try updating the DB from within the Scan window and then click "Fix..." to see if that resolves the issue without a clean re-install.

MBAM didn't like my suggestion... so they locked my thread here:

works for me David. Maybe they're just feeling embarrassed by their own issues (again). Good job
