Yea but that does not address the odd "must paste key" to activate the silly program now does it
I guess I'll just have to ask on mbam forum and get a silly response and soon to follow locking of the question by you know who

I agree it's quite odd that you have to paste it in but that doesn't bother me since that's how I prefer doing it (and usually do). What really annoys my tail feathers off is when I'm not allowed to paste in a key, especially when it is a really long one!

Yea I'm more likely to paste it too,
I was sent a pdf I imagine with the same info not sure I have never opened it to see,
    I hate adobe produces
Point is if I simply use notepad I doubt pasting from that it would work :/

Curious. I love Adobe Acrobat Standard and PDFs; I depend heavily on PDFs.

I store keys on text files instead of, say, Word docs or PDFs, since I don't have to have a reader or creativity program of some kind installed to be able to access the keys. That comes in handy when working with a new system that hasn't had all my programs installed yet.

I think pasting from notepad will work.
I bought retail boxed versions so i had no email or document i could copy from.
I manually key the id from the hardcopy printed license into notepad, then paste it into MBAM.
If it doesn't work, i change and fix the key in notepad, until it does work.
Then I save the file and have a valid key in a txt file and never have to manually re-enter it.

Copying and pasting from a PDF or Word processor file probably has "formatting chars" you can't see.
Next time, copy from the PDF, paste into notepad, select and copy the notepad key, and paste that into MBAM.
Doing it that way should remove any "formatting chars".

One thing I have never understood about the activation of mbam premium is I must paste the key into the mbam box :/
It will no allow or will not activate by simply typing in the key
The id is okay to type in

What if the email is lost with the information
Never had a problem typing in the key on any of my systems. Go to MBAM Forum and see if they can help.

You can also use CTRL/SHIFT/V to paste it in instead of right clicking or using V by itself. That will also remove any formatting.
