What's curious is a recent thread in the MBAM forums had a lot of people complaining about the same issue, then MBAM closed the thread. I'm waiting a few days before downloading and installing the latest update (so many programs have been having so many bad updates, I'm waiting before updating all of them).

Mine updated itself this morning. I've not seen any issues yet.

Hi, I saw the new version uninstalled my Premium v2 with Mbam uninstaller installed the latest re-booted and computer completely unusable. Was not responsive for minutes at a time even to open Explorer.
That was the third time for me with the same result, so Imaged back to v2 again.

I do want to use your v3 Malwarebytes, please fix it !

    Hi, Meonmine,
I am using the latest version and i do not have any problems including updates. Only thing update and some screens are differently designed in GUI. All the new items included are available only for premium version. But anyhow, if you temporarity disable autoupdate feature and then make it a free , by going to the concerned menu and then enable the update. I am now using malwarebytes version 3 without any problem.
I have downloaded the trial version and then converted it to free and there is no problem. I am using avast as antivirus.
Regarding network security, avast has wifi inspector and changing the admin password and changing the dns to google dns in router settings has solved my other network threats

When I updated my 2 system to (3.1.2.1722) I did NOT remove the older version of Malwarebytes Premium.
I updated both over the top of the older version as per the instructions and they both worked.
