Unknow email error, is it malware?

Today after i plug my sister pen driver to the PC, Norton Internet security 2012 detected 46 malwares. After delete all of them, my PC automatically reboot ( not done Norton or myself). But now every time i receive email error warring. I use Outlook, but i don't have yahoo mail, but this error warning display it try to send mail from Yahoo account. Moreover i can't visit security software developer sites, such as Norton, Kaspersky. I receive "Server not found" error, but my internet connection OK.

    Error screenshot:- http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-GbCWqDERxK...08-19_1854.png

Note:- i can't upload images to seven forum.

Is it a malware? Now i'm going to format my PC and reinstall Windows7.

Scan with free Malwarebytes... download (free version) Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop
    Malwarebytes Special Offer!
    * Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
    * At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
    * If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
    * Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
    * When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
    * Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
    * When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. Copy and Paste that log into your next reply.

That IS strange! I would recommend booting into safe mode with networking, and try and download a free trial of Kaspersky. It almost sounds like you may have an infection. I used to use Norton a long time ago on my first PC (it was the 2011 version). That was a big mistake because overtime, my PC slowed down and I couldn't figure out why. Everything I scanned with came back clean. I installed a free trial of Trend Micro Titanium and it found 101 pieces of Spyware. Since that, I have been a Kaspersky user. I am very curious to see what kind of results you get.
