Every website and program goes backwards Some type of virus

I have run Norton 360 several times and all I find is tracking software. If I go on to networks and hit a computer it takes me back to the beginning. If I am checking my webmail it goes back to the entry screen of the browser.

Also I have to hit control alt del often

This allows me to open programs or make browsers work. Not sure the two are related.

Have you tried a system restore before this problem occured?

Regular Backups and Restore Points can be very beneficial.

    Hope this helps,

Haven't been able to find a Google Chorme version, but for the Windows Explorer issue, have you tried System File Checker to search your HDD/SSD for any corrupted files?

    SFC:

Command Prompt (Run as Administrator) > SFC /SCANNOW

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
