Strange Folder name, unable to remove.

In a recent backup, I find a folder made up of a filename about ten lower case alphabets in sequence. This was faithfully backed up from my C: drive. Going back there, I found the folder contains an identical 200-plus character-named subfolder, which I cannot get a Delete command for - choices on right-click are : Explore, Open, Search, Open in OneNote, Send to.
Tried to delete the parent folder, right-click allows a Delete, bit it fails because "Folder is not empty.".
It's not mine, doesn't seem innocent, Properties list it as having zero content. I'd rather remove it, but welcome any suggestions on how, or why not to bother.

Show what exactly it is, the name you saw and its contents.
It could easily be one of the temp folders Windows Installer drops on the C root.

This issue is now moot for me, but may have wider importance. My old Compaq's Win 7 power supply has failed, and the desktop unit is deemed unrepairable. Due to my backups in place, Alphabet file.docxthis is a minor personal annoyance, and I move on.
For Alejandro's (and any else) benefit, attached is an Explorer view of the bothersome structure. A true file copy seems to be available (after all, it backed up!) but I hesitate to spread what looks to me to be suspicious.
