Try saving it to Macrium DVD and see if that works. Make sure you don't use any higher speed than 4X's.

So it does boot. YUMI apparently isn't able to launch Macrium though. I've not tried a YUMI/Macrium combination.
This is worth a shot if you really want to get it loaded on a flash drive.
As long as you can write a CD/DVD this should not fail (emphasize that max speed of 4x).
There's no way that iso is too large for a DVD. If I remember correctly it should even fit on a CD.
You might need to download that iso again and start over (possibly corrupt?).
roger that. the entire Macrium folder is 317 MB. the image files say they are 175 MB (thats the part thats supposed to go on the flash drive I reckon.)
YUMI is expecting to see a flashdrive. don't know if that matters or not.
I have downloaded Macrium few times now. I will try it again though.
just tried downloading Macrium again. no good same old same old. no changes at all.

Not too sure what you mean here, regarding the 317 MB. The packed iso is 147 MB, unpacked it's 171 MB. It's the unpacked iso that needs to be written to a flash drive (that's what was shown in your screenshot -- 175,030 KB = 171 MB).
Yes, don't use YUMI to burn the CD/DVD. Use either the built-in burning tool within w7 or something like The Official ImgBurn Website. Observe the 4x max limit. It's the iso you want to burn, not the unzipped 7z file.
Might have to ask Golden about this. I've not used it.
@chas53:
Maybe I missed it in another post but what size flash drive are you using and how is it formatted?
