Hello RaidersFan and welcome to Seven Forums.

What anti-virus product did you use to remove the msdcsc.exe virus? If that was the only product you used, it's possible that there are other virus related issues remaining on the computer. No anti-virus is 100% effective 100% of the time. If there was such a thing we'd all be using it. It's always a good idea to run additional on-demand scans just to make sure there's nothing else remaining. Some of the recommended free products are:

    Malwarebytes

    ESET Online Scanner

    Windows Defender Offline

    HitmanPro

It's possible that the virus damaged or corrupted some critical system files. You could try using a restore point to roll back your computer to a date/time prior to when the the problems first appeared.

    System Restore

You could also try running a system file checker scan from an elevated command prompt (option two.) If problems are found, run the scan 3 times and reboot the computer after each scan.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Please post back if anything helped or not.

thankfully i didn't have to run anything you suggested. i mean, thank you. but i found out the problem before i got started on your suggestion.

i tried running spybot. but there were 2 things that wouldn't go away. on another forum, members were giving me suggestions, then someone mentioned this

there was a space between as you can see. i fixed that. then when i restarted my computer, spybot started running again. it ridded my computer of those 2 errors and now i'm all good again. but again, thank you for your help :)

Great news! Doesn't matter who helped as long as your computer is up and running again. That was definitely an obscure registry problem. Thanks for posting back.
