None at all right now! Not something I can really recommend, but still have to decide which one is good.
By now, just common sense, with the help of UAC and Windows Firewall is good enough, but I want something else as a complement.

Not a good answer. I highly recommend installing a anti virus now and sort through the rest later to make your final decision on a anti virus. I use MSE.

Yeah I know, it's a bit suicidal to have a Windows install without an antivirus but yet not decided for one good enough. Tried MSE and found it too simplistic with very little options (and waaaay overrated in this forum in particular). I'm forced to use Avast in my work, and it gives LOTS of false positives in our own programs, forcing me to disable.
I like Kaspersky but it's quite a resource drain, not sure if I want to afford that price.
Some day I'll install a virtual machine to try some other.
