Please enable the viewing of hidden files:
Start > Computer > Tools > Folder Options > View tab

In Advanced settings > Files and Folders, find: Hidden Files and Folders
Select: Show hidden files and folders
    Click: OK

Now, please submit the following files to VirusTotal for analysis

    C:\ProgramData\3002.abs
    C:\ProgramData\3002.xml

(Refer to Post #36 for procedure)

That is because C:\Program Data does not exist, but exists as C:\Users\All Users.
The folder C:\Users\All Users is a symbolic link to C:\ProgramData. They're two names for the same folder.

So, now, we are both confused.

In any event, see if you can find these instead:
    C:\Users\All Users\3002.xml
    C:\Users\All Users\3002.abs

    Please use SystemLook once again.

Copy the content inside of the following quote box into the main textfield:
    :file
    C:\ProgramData\3002.xml
    C:\ProgramData\3002.abs
    C:\Users\All Users\3002.xml
    C:\Users\All Users\3002.abs
Click the Look button to start the scan.

Please post the SystemLook.txt in your next reply.

They are there, but, they are not there.

    Isn't that great!!

Let me take a look at what is the easiest option to remove these files.

Will get back to you later. It is 9:30AM for you, and 9:30PM for me, and it has been a long day.
    My brain is fried.

    Had a thought...

Not all the files are displayed in Windows Explorer, even if "Show hidden files" in Folder Options is checked.

    To display super hidden files:
Go to Start > Run (use R key)

To open the Registry, in the Run prompt, type: regedit

    Go to the key:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

To do so, click the > to the left of the following. in this order:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER
    Software
    Microsoft
    Windows
    CurrentVersion
    Explorer
    Advanced

Once you reach the Advanced folder on the left pane, go to the right pane, and double-click on: SuperHidden

In the prompt that appears (Edit DWORD (32-bit) value):

    Set the value to: 1
    Press: OK

Close the Registry, and restart your computer.

See if you can find any of these files now:
    C:\Users\All Users\3002.xml
    C:\Users\All Users\3002.abs
    C:\ProgramData\3002.xml
    C:\ProgramData\3002.abs
