    To Fsecure from Defender


    I am trying do download a new Anti-virus & security system. The manufacturer recomends I remove any security items like microsoft defender and any Anti-virus. How do I remove Defender.

    Rather than remove/uninstall M$ Defender, you could disable it instead. This way, if you don't like the new security system you can uninstall it and then re-enable M$ Defender.

    I have turned off anti-virus on the control page of the security system but no good

    The anti-virus is the microsoft one with windows defender,I have tried to download the F-secure Setup for their supersafe item from TalkTalk. Windowsm says it is installing and updateing other software.The setup gets to 98% then bumps out saying please re-start your computer

    [1] If it is something that comes with TalkTalk, have you contacted thier technical department?
    [2] Have you looked at this => How do I install F-Secure SAFE on my PC??
