Ram usage not making sense and windows explorer not responding lots

Today I seem to be using a large amount of ram and my computer seems to be a lot more sluggish than usual
I know the system takes up a portion of the ram but this is just way to much. All the processes together is only round 700-1000mb, also explorer stopped responding twice in a row which has never happenend to me on this computer.
I have made sure i turned off all virtual machines as well
Do I have a virus or something?
I am running full scan on both Microsoft security essentials and malwarebytes

When was the last time you did some general housekeeping chores like Disk Cleanup and Defrag? Sometimes sluggishness can be caused by an accumulation of temporary "stuff" that needs to be cleaned out occasionally.

Disk Cleanup - Open and Use

Disk Defragmenter - Open and Use

To get a better idea of how your RAM is being utilized, open Resource Monitor and post a screenshot of the Memory tab. Windows 7 has a different philosophy when it comes to using RAM: unused RAM is wasted RAM. So what might seem to be excessive use really isn't. RAM may be cached for future anticipated use and might seem like it's not available. But it is.
