    Bulldog Anti-phishing domain advisor

Good day to all.Running windows 7 home premium,Working well.
Last night I came across this ( Bulldog Anti-phishing domain advisor ) on my desktop pc.Also found a tool bar with the same name.
Is it best to get rid of? And where did it come from? Has it got something to do with Microsoft?
I did run malware bytes pro and nothing came up.And MSE with all clear. ''Mystery''????

    Any advice here please,
Do I get shot of it or do I keep it??

    Thanks in advance.

If you didn't download it specifically, I'd say get rid of it for sure. I'd suggest Revo with advanced clicked. Good Luck.
