That would be a good solution, but I have put all my apps on ssd and my user profile and documents on the hdd. The FIX has to come from Kaspersky.
Do I also uncheck TLS 1?

I know about the "safe money", I believe that they won't have that in the next version. I found this entry in the registry "firefox extensions". These belong in Kaspersky.
Hum frodi can you expand that out to the Kaspersky entry so that we can see how it fits into the Kaspersky spot see my pic for my entries. As for the safe money I ma wondering how did you find that out as I have heard no mention of that happening.

I'll look for those registy files tomorrow as I have taken the desktop offline. The Mozilla entry on mine is there because I have elements 10, photoshop, and a raft of drawing and painting apps, such as Painter Classic, Corel X etc. I do a lot of artwork on my pc. That is why I needed a more powerful machine. I do not have Mozilla on my pc as such, lol.

Hum Jacee well I did sorta go down that road before (post #39) as what frodi has on his machine is really quite alien to me after using Kaspersky for so long.

Frodi just put all the apps mate on to an external drive unless you have a whacking great SSD there couldn't be that many and reinstall them when the fresh install is going. That way yuo will leave all the mucked up stuff behind.

Just remember to wipe or clean all the SSD before you do the install as I am sure you would not want this grief all over again.

Again if you want that config well you know where to find me.

Oh about the Mozilla I think you will find quite a few come with Java and apps that use it - but I stand to be corrected.
