I got 210 and I am running the standard windows firewall.

The thing demanded that I ran it under the admin account, -- that's probably why I got a lesser score (my main account is a standard user.)

I set everything up as shown below. I get a score of 190/340! My standard Windows7 firewall gives me 200/340. I must not be reading something right!

I'm using Comodo and only scored 210. Not good enough. I'm gonna have to try to fix that
Some people seem to think that Comodo developed these Leak Tests to show that the Comodo Firewall always passes them when in fact they are diagnostic tools to help show where any Firewall is lacking in protection so that it can be brought up to full protection.

Do you have the latest Comodo release of v5.0.32580.1142 in the x32 or x64 version that your computer requires? If so uninstall the currently installed version and do a clean install of the latest version, choose Proactive Defense+ with maximum protection during the install and then follow these Comodo Firewall, Defense+ HIPS and Sandbox settings guidelines in order to maximize your State of the Art Comodo 2011 protection. Here is a link to some Detailed Installation Instructions

Please let us know how things go. These settings should yield a perfect 340/340 Leak Test evaluation on your Win 7 computer as they do on mine and many other Comodo users win 7 computers, but if now we can keep trying until full protection against all 34 exploits is achieved.

you get less points when testing on an ADMIN-account.
but, you don´t have to use an ADMIN-account, you can run CLT on your "normal" USER-account.

unless Comodo has released a new changed version of CLT recently....

Borg 386- Norton 360 is not a Firewall, but rather adds an additional layer of protection to detect viruses, Trojans, spyware, and other threats commonly called an Antivirus program.

Its great that you got a 340/340 perfect score on the Comodo Firewall Leak Tests, but you could save yourself $80/year for Norton's fee and simply install the Comodo 2011 Suite although I am currently just using the ultralight 5.2 MB RAM load Comodo Firewall with Defense+ HIPS which has Automatic Sandboxing and access to Cloud Malware scanning as well as a Cloud Behavior Blocker using the Comodo Servers so if you have Comodo Defense+ HIPS installed you won't even need the expensive yet much poorer performing partial suite of Norton software.

That's good advise and as far as I know Comodo has not released a new version of CLT so your advise stands. BTW nice computer security set up listed in your signature gotta love the saftey and security of virtualization software!

Maxx, Norton 360 is not a partial suite.
It includes an excellent automatic firewall which can be configured to be as noisy as Comodo firewall.

Comodo's Cloud Scanner detected CLT as malware.

Comodo immediately detected it as a threat :P

As it should, since it is a leak tester it technically is malicious software.

I run MSE and comodo firewall, a match made in heaven for a perfect score.

I checked out your link and did not see Firewall mentioned anywhere on the page. Do you have another link showing that Norton 360 has a Firewall?

As far as the Comodo Firewall being noisy that is a thing of the past as the developers have made Comodo 2011 very quiet and still just as effective as ever.
