As a check you can open regedit (type that int thesearch) Press F3 and enter "rising" in its search. Press Enter to find the next instance.

Got trouble with Rising Anti..
I got the same problem with codyw. I used Revo Uninstaller but it didn't work. It couldn't find any program named Rising.. but Rising.. is still in my C:\ I cannot delete it because, as my lap says, Rising is opening. Please helpppp meee
