I have done this for a few commands and found it easy once you do one or two.
some tips,
Create one task and then I think after it is all set up, you can copy that task and change the program it is pointing to. So you don't have to do the whole thing over and over for each new program.
When you create the shortcuts, create a new folder called Adminshorts or something like that. Keep all your shortcuts in there as you go. When you create each new shortcut, you can copy it from the other shortcuts, and change it to the program you made a task for.
I keep all the shortcuts in a folder then copy the shortcuts to where I need them. So I always have a backup of the shortcut to the task. The folder also helps to see what programs you have already made shortcuts for since otherwise, your shortcut is somewhere on desktop, taskbar or elsewhere and would look like any of your other shortcuts.
You can also name your shortcuts differently to set them apart (Ex. CCleaner would be renameed AdminCClean or something like that..)
Another thing is you can skip the icon changing thing initially or altogether for the first one or two. You could also change the icon later on when they are all set up or when you copy your shortcut from the folder to the desktop or quicklaunch/pinned etc.
Really it is worth it and easy to do after a few.
Ok so my opinion on the UAC thing that is being discussed. UAC has saved me from a virus before. it blocked a virus from running itself becuase it required my mouse-click. I was smart enough to know not to allow the program so that's part of it...So UAC doesn't just protect the computer from the User, it also protects the computer from malware that would otherwise be able to execute itself.
(the virus was picked up from Google Images. I was browsing for screenshots of Linux systems to see what I would like to install for fun. and when clicking on one of the images, it lead me to an attack-site it sent code, installed software and prompted me to allow the program in UAC...) so I wasn't doing anything "dangerous" either... it can happen to anyone and UAC was there to stop it....
