    Can you choose Repair Your Computer in Advanced Boot Options ?

    press ENTER on Repair Your Computer . Click on Windows 7 and choose Next . On the System Recovery Options window click on command prompt . Type in

    Code:
    taskmgr.exe
    Once Task Manager opens up click on the Processes Tab and let me know what processes are running .

    My apologies, I see you typed that above - I was unclear how to get there (I appreciate your patience!).

    OK, succesfully did so. Processes are:

    cmd.exe
    conhost
    RecEnv
    taskmgr
    winlogon
    winpeshl

    All .exe
      My Computer

    Can you right click on conhost.exe and choose Properties and let me know the location ?
