    In command prompt type in the command below

    Code:
    findstr /D:"[SR] Cannot repair member file" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >F:\sfcdetails.txt
       Note
    substitute F:\ with the actual Drive letter of your flash drive to verify try the commands below. Press the ENTER Key after each command


    Code:
    Diskpart 
    List volume
      My Computer

    Try this commands to verify what drive letter below a to what drive

    Diskpart

    Press ENTER

    LIST VOLUME

    Press ENTER
      My Computer

    Looking at your Diskpart the command should be


    findstr /D:"[SR] Cannot repair member file" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >F:\sfcdetails.txt


    F:\ being your flash drive
    D:\ being the Windows
      My Computer

    So I tried the code you posted , it says "The device is not ready"

    Lets remove the F:\ and try the command again
