Roger that.
Roger that.
The logs will be inside the MBAR folder . They start with the names below
Code:mbar-logs and the system-log
All I see on the window from the second scan is: "Malwarebytes Cleanup." Then there are "previous" & "exit" buttons from which to choose. On the left-hand side of the window are these choices:
Introduction
Update
Scan
Cleanup (boldface)
I cannot click on any of them. Where will I find the logs? Nothing on my desktop, either.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Oops. Never mind! I had an inspiration & found them in "My Documents." I'll see about getting them uploaded now.
OK. I can't copy/paste this, and if I use the snipping tool, won't it be too small for y'all to read?
Both reports say that no malicious threats were found, but the initial window that opens after the scan says in red letters that one item was found. Strange?
Can you post an image of it?...window that opens after the scan says in red letters that one item was found...
Oh, no. This is so humiliating.... I went to check my email, and now the window is lost. I forgot to minimize it. I don't even remember what it said -- whether it was a Trojan or what. I just thought it was odd. Do you want me to re-scan?
Something is working...
Did you reboot after you ran MBAR?
Also, what browser are you using? Internet Explorer, Chrome, other...
I didn't reboot, but I did restart. I am using Internet Explorer.
Is "something is working" good news?
I hope!!Is "something is working" good news?
Please run MBAR once again. If it finds anything, press Cleanup, and after the cleanuo is done, restart the computer.
Then post the new mbar-log report.
If it finds nothing, then, you do not need to clean up. Just post the new mbar-log results.
