    @VistaKing,

    What virus?

    empresssoul does not have Aleuron in the system. It was removed by FRST.

    Adware:Win32/ArcadeWeb is "an advertising component that displays ads and tracks anonymous usage information, in exchange for a free online gaming experience."

    DDS:
    BHO: ArcadeCandy Games: {AB6BD08C-DB6B-4F02-8A22-4BD343E990FF} - C:\Users\Gore Family\AppData\Local\ArcadeCandy\candyEX.dll

    In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Manage Add-ons
    See if the program is listed as: ArcadeWeb Class
    If not wanted, nuke it.

    In Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program, there may be an uninstaller there. If so, use it and Reboot.

    Run MSE, and, if it shows again, get rid of it.

    Was AdwCleaner run here? Don't think so...

    Is this computer an HP?

    HP embedded WildTangent is like an octopus with tentacles. It is not really malware, though.
    Some people play those games...

    No it's a Dell . Most scanners consider the wildtangent as adware

    Embedded WildTangent on Dell, same as HP. A pain to get rid of.

    Yes it is gone...I think I may have deleted a program that I may have needed to download apps correctly. After I selected run to take me to the setup app screen and it's gray screen. The same thing happened when I attempt to unistall a program from the control panel
