    On the removal of McMPFSsvc the verbiage was "failed 1062".

    Please remove the copy of Fabar Recovery Scan Tool, and download a new copy:
    Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
    Select the 64-bit version.

    Save it to your Desktop.
    • Double-click the downloaded file to run it.
    • When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
    • Under Optional Scans, check the Addition.txt box
    • Press the Scan button.
    • FRST64 makes a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory from which the tool is run (Desktop).
    Please provide the FRST.txt in your reply.
    Also post the Addition.txt in your reply.

    Once you run that . See if you could run the tool below

    Right-click on MPFCleanupTool.exe and choose Run as Administrator

    MPF is still in services.msc there was an auto restart.

    Make sure the services are stopped, then reboot into safe mode. Sometimes this is necessary to remove and delete files and folders.

    Ran removal again in safe mode - restarted - MPF still in services.msc. you should have the log ahead of this post.
