    yes now going to partition part in set up..
    just formatting drive

    So it's working no in ATA mode? If so continue installing.

    Post back when installing is complete. See dell site for drivers for your system. First install network driver to be able to access internet.

    check "device manager" for drivers with errors and "other devices"

    In case of missing drivers: Download free driver for notebook Dell Inspiron 1545 (Windows 7, XP, Vista) << DriverPack Solution
    Don't know the vendor id's? Goto device manager, right click the missing device driver, properties.->tab details. Now select hardware-id.

    first enter bios and change hard drive from ACHI to RAID Auto/ATA and save.
    boot install disc and format and install windows.
    thats all i did
