    Did you try to open the file ? Did you have the file before the (1) means its a second download .

    Download Windows 7 USB DVD Tool from the link . To burn the .iso file to a DVD or a 4GB USB flash drive .

    I only tried to open it after i saw the error that said failed download .

    The first download i had to scrap and start over because i logged off and forgot what i was doing so i ruined it.

    The last one i waited till it was completely finished and said failed.

    Those links you provided are used only after i have successfully downloaded the entire Win 7 and am ready to burn it to a cd/dvd right.

    Yes that is correct . Looks like we will have to re download the X17-58997.iso looks like it got corrupted in the download process .

    Delete the one in the Downloads Folder .

    Alright i downloaded it again but now it says it's not a valid iso file.

    Lets see if you move the .iso file from the Downloads folder to the Desktop .

    Click on the .iso file then drag it to your desktop . Then try the program once more if that doesn't work we could try something else . That's a common issue with the tool but there is a workaround ( it is not imaginary as some people thing )
