    Can you give me a screen shot of the Internet options Advanced tab scroll down to the Security section and upload that image

    Inside the Internet Options click on the Advanced tab scroll to the Security section and uncheck the mark next to Check for signatures on downloaded programs click Apply and then the OK button . Open up Internet Explorer and see if you could Download .

    If you already have IE opened after you clicked on the Apply and OK buttons close and reopen IE .
