I have the same problem just a few weeks ago...

Right click your browser, properties then on "target" remove everything after ""C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" Firefox is just my example. Do it in every browser you have.

    I hope it helps.

Run Adwcleaner scan. Typically, it works ok against removing such programs. I would recommend scanning with Malwarebytes, Hitman pro, spyhunter, etc as well, due to the fact that such infection is result of bundle installation.
After you get everything removed, you can reset your search provider back manually (via here):
Enter “about:config” in url bar. This will open settings page
Type “Keyword.url” in the search box. Right click it & reset it.
Type “browser.search.defaultengine” in the search box. Right click it & reset it.
Type “browser.search.selectedengine” in the search box. Right click it & reset it.
Search for ‘browser.newtab.url’. Right-click and reset. This will make sure that the search page won’t launch on each new tab.

Run Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes. Give it a final shot with CCleaner.
Remember not to clear up saved form information in firefox!

Thanks gsau22. It helps. I found goof instructions here, but they do not give information about tails placed at start.menu.click. Thanks again, it's gone now.
