    Netflix and Wisptis.exe pop up

I just signed up with Netflix and every time I go to watch a movie I get a MS popup stating "a website" wants to access wisptis.exe. Before it was a Pen and Tool Input Component box. I know that it's related to my HP TouchSmart pc as it's a touchscreen. I've tried to end process, deleting the wisptis.exe file and got the "You must use TrustedInstaller" box. Tried changing permissions as I'm owner and admin. Nothing. I don't have any visible signs of Wacom in Programs nor in any C: files to delete.

I recently had my system wiped (virus) and the tech only put in MS files in which was fine by me as I didn't use most of HP stuff. I'm still able to do touch screen things.

    Thanks!

    FutureMan

Run the tool below . Let's see what is on your PC

    Click on Download Now button

When the download is complete . Drag the DDS program from the Downloads folder to your Desktop

Right-click the DDS icon on the Desktop choose Run as administrator to run the tool.

Place a check next to attact.txt and click Start . When done, DDS will open two logs
    DDS.txt
    Attach.txt

Save two logs onto your desktop and upload them with your reply

Ok, any ideas of why it would be happening only when I'm clicking on a movie at Netflix? I mean why should they care or have any use for the touch screen stuff. My impression is that its for pen to tablet and touchscreen capabilities.

    Open up Services

Click on type Services.msc inside the Search Programs and Files box. Once you see Services under Programs (1) press the [ENTER] key.

Inside Services window locate Tablet PC Input Service . What does it say for the Startup and Status ?

If you don't have a tablet. You may Stop the Service and put it Startup: Manual.
