Congress don't seem to know much about anything.

I do believe this; as long as billions of dollars of copyrighted material is being stole they will keep trying to figure out ways to stop it.
Most of the ways they try will probably hurt people like me that buy our movies and music, ect.
Of course it will also hurt the billions of people that only use torrants to download grandma's letters and chapter and verse out of the good book.
