Can we place the fixlist.txt that is on post 101 place that inside a USB flash drive have the FRST64.exe on the flash drive as well .

Boot to recovery console . By tapping on the F8 key inside Advanced Boot Options press ENTER on Repair Your Computer . Then select your OS then click next on the system recovery options window choose Command Prompt . Inside the command prompt type in diskpart press enter then type list volume and press [enter] make a note of the drive letter . Now type inexit outcome will be exiting Diskpart...

Type in x:\FRST64.exe and press enter . On the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool click on the Fix button .

       Note
x is your actual drive letter

If the fixlist will not work . Try this one

    Code:
    start
    replace C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-tcpip-binaries_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.18148_none_11278ac57d1aa96b\tcpip.sys C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\tcpip.sys
    replace C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-cryptsvc-dll_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.18151_none_d3f73fe5b19220ee\cryptsvc.dll C:\Windows\System32\cryptsvc.dll

When you get a chance, uninstall:
    Delta Chrome Toolbar
    Delta toolbar (Version: 1.8.21.5)
    HiJackThis (Version: 1.0.0)
    PriceGong 2.6.11 (Version: 2.6.11)

Then go into programs and Features and delete those folders, if found.

    MikePD

Use RevoUninstaller to remove those programs.

You may delete those fixlist files we don't need them anymore.
