Your working on infected machine now? If so download ESETSirefefCleaner and run it. As explained in post #5. It's only 313kB! Maybe the tools VISTAKING told about aren't needed in this case(?)

    Kaktussoft,

No offense intended, but, there are different methods of removing malware.

You can do so in the blind, and have programs remove whatever, or you can do so with one-to-one support.

One-to-one support is what VistaKing is providing, specifically identifying what has gone amiss, and then repairing it.

The tools VK requested xelateg to use will readily identify what is present in the system, and, from there, will take appropriate action.

    :)

Download BOTH programs on a working PC so you could run both of the programs on the non working PC

64-Bit Version OS Farbar Recovery Scan Tool x64

and 64-Bit Version OS and 32-Bit Version OS Farbar Service Scanner

Save both onto a USB Flash drive

You should have FRST64.exe and FSS.exe on your USB Flash drive

    To run FRST64.exe
    • Place file onto your desktop by dragging it from the USB flash drive to your desktop
    • Right-click on FRST64.exe choose
    • When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
    • Press Scan button.

FRST will let you know when the scan is complete and has written the FRST.txt to file and creates another file called Addition.txt
FRST.txt and Addition.txt will be on the desktop
Upload FRST.txt and Addition.txt with your reply

    To run FSS.exe
Place file onto your desktop by dragging it from the USB flash drive to your desktop
    Right-click on FSS.exe choose
Place a check next to the following options
    • Internet Services
    • Windows Firewall
    • System Restore
    • Security Center
    • Windows Update
    • Windows Defender

    Press: Scan

Farbar Service Scanner will create a log, called FSS.txt, on the Desktop. Upload the FSS.txt with your reply

    How to Upload a file

    Upload a File
Click on the Go Advanced button under the Message box . Scroll down to Additional Options then click on Manage Attachments in the Attach Files sections . Click the Browse button locate the file then click on the Open button . In the Upload File from your Computer section click on the Upload button . Wait until it finishes uploading then close the window . Then click Submit Reply .

    Good job

    Now run AdwCleaner once more

    Run the Delete

To run the program, right-click AdwCleaner.exe and select Run as administrator

Click on Delete and confirm the prompt.

After it finishes, the computer is restarted.
