Update on how to remove Babylon malware
Babylon must have evolved because I'm not seeing it in the control panel anywhere when I look for it to delete it. I've deleted Internet Explorer from control panel and the desktop and downloaded the .exe from the Windows website. A link for Internet explorer still shows in the start menu, but when I click it, I get Babylon. When I try to delete the Internet Explorer folder in the program files, I receive a message saying I need permission from TrustedInstaller.exe. I'm already the admin on this laptop software. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to rid myself of Babylon without having to whack my system? Thanks much.
