Security Alert:

I am occasionally seeing this on a computer on which a browser is rarely used and it's occurrence is unconnected to any browser usage. I have five Windows 7 computers on my home network, and I've only seen it on this one. What is it and how do I get rid of it. I am using only Windows Defender for AV.
