How do I solve missing 'cleanup.dll' error ?

    Hi,
this error just came up this morning after I removed delta-search from both of my browsers,Internet Explorer and Google Chrome using adwcleaner. The problem start right after I run Malwarebytes. The whole desktop is not responding after an hour and I get blackscreen whenever I logon to my account. I solve this blackscreen problem by the help of this thread, http://http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_vista-performance/safe-mode-works-but-i-cant-log-on-to-the-normal/6e877026-3f55-4ca0-a458-aecdea54926e .

The only services that is being disabled is shown in this picture:

After I solved the blackscreen problem, I get this error which said:
    [*]"There was a Problem Starting C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes'anti malware\cleanup.dll"
[*]"The specified module could not be found"

    And I click 'Okay'.

Whenever I enable the MBAM services, I always get this 'blackscreen'. Any idea on fixing it?

P.S Sorry for my bad grammar

    Nio,

    Please do the following...

Download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool
    Select the 64-bit version.

    Save to the Desktop.
    • Double-click the downloaded file to run it.
    • When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
    • Press the Scan button.
    • FRST64 makes a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory from which the tool is run (Desktop).
Please provide the FRST.txt in your reply. <<---

The first time the tool is run, it also makes another log: Addition.txt
Also post the Addition.txt in your reply. <<---

    Hi,
if you meant by the 'Blackscreen' issues, here are some of the ways to solve it:

First, press F8 when you see that booting screen right after you turn on you PC.(press repeatedly if nothing)

After that, use your keyboard to navigate to safe Mode with Networking and press Enter

Log on to your account (make sure its an admin account).

Open the 'Window' menu and type in 'msconfig'.

In the General tab, click the box Load startup items to untick it.

Click on Services tab, tick the Hide all Microsoft services at the bottom left.

Now, disable the MBAMScheduler and MBAMService and click OK.(If this doesn't work for you, try disable all of the services except for Microsoft services)

    Reboot(Restart) you PC.

    'Blackscreen' problem is solve.

    Click on Download Now button

When the download is complete . Drag the DDS program from the Downloads folder to your Desktop

Double click the DDS icon on the Desktop then click the Run button to run the tool.

Place a check next to attach.txt and click Start . When done, DDS will open two logs
    • DDS.txt
    • Attach.txt

Save two logs onto your desktop and upload them with your reply

       Note
    Don't zip attach.txt
