Download Security Check by screen317 from here http://screen317.spywareinfoforum.org/SecurityCheck.exe or here http://screen317.spywareinfoforum.org/
    Save it to your Desktop.
Double click SecurityCheck.exe and follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.
A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt.
Please post the contents of that document.

Edit... Noel, uninstall IObit, then boot into safe mode, go to C:\Program Files\IObit\ and delete the IObit folder.
Reboot back into normal mode and see if you can run Junktoolremover again.

Hmm failing that Jacee I would and I am not suggesting for one moment Noel should or be seen to be treading on your toes - edit the IObit rubbish using the registry HKEYS > Software

I can't say they're good ... they stole Malwarebytes' definitions at one time, and claimed as their own. You might be interested in some of the comments posted here Is Iobit Software okay to use? - Gizmo's Freeware Forum

Here's part of one person's opinion:
The thing that niggled at me about it was the amount of registry errors that it kept finding, often into the hundreds, so I stopped using it because I believed it to be too aggresive in that department... (personal opinion)

Yep actually I had nothing but troubles when I downloaded the rot and I installed again to get rid of it in one machine and used the other method in another.

Download TFC by Old Timer TFC - Temp File Cleaner by OldTimer - Geeks to Go Forums and save it to your desktop.
Save any unsaved work. TFC will close ALL open programs including your browser!
Double-click on TFC.exe to run it. If you are using Vista/Windows 7 right-click on the file and choose Run As Administrator.
Click the Start button to begin the cleaning process and let it run uninterrupted to completion.
Important! If TFC prompts you to reboot, please do so immediately. If not prompted, manually reboot the machine anyway to ensure a complete clean.

Next, Download DDS from one of these links:
    DDS.com
    DDS.pif
    • Disable any script blocking protection
    • Double click the dds icon to run the tool.
    • When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
      1. DDS.txt
      2. Attach.txt <--- will be minimized in the task tray
    • Save both reports to your desktop.

Include the contents of both logs in your next post
