Proceed with the next steps onto the Browsers . I Know Chrome has it in as its search and other stuff.
Take a look in the Chrome section of the tutorial
Looks good to me.
I do see McAfee . Would you like to uninstall that and install MSE instead ?
McAfee isn't in fact installed on the PC. I installed MSE for the owner when thePC was new. I have searched through and apart from the files that FRST found there was a shortcut icon in the Recycle bin. I restored that but clicking it showed that the files it was linked to was missing. This must have either not been there before or deleted as it showed "This link has been removed or moved" message. I have found just one entry in the Registry for McAfee. It would seem that i can safely delete that Registry entry plus the files found in the lat FRST log fiole. Would you agree?
Lets run one more tool just to see if everything is fine.

Sorry about the delay. The Time Zone difference caught up with me again. Do hope this is OK now as I have to give the PC back to my friend this morning as he is off on holiday later this afternoon. Thanks again, here's the file:

Have just done a little bit of investigating and looked up "Error reading LL2 MBR!" Found the answer, I think. I ejected the USB stick, re booted the machine, re ran Rogue Killer and here's the report:
